WaBus (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") is a customer engagement platform owned, operated, and developed by Prashi Solution, based in Gujarat, India. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our SaaS application and platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account Details: Name, professional email address, billing contact details, and organization name.
  • Channel Details: Official WhatsApp Business API tokens, phone number IDs, template configurations, and credentials for unofficial session connections.
  • Message Logs & Metadata: Message bodies, media attachments, delivery status tags, timestamps, and customer reply text processed through our APIs.
  • Usage and Device Data: IP addresses, browser types, interaction logs, and cookie identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to:

  • Operate, host, maintain, and optimize the WaBus multi-tenant campaign architecture.
  • Dispatch marketing broadcasts, automation flows, and manual agent chats to WhatsApp channels.
  • Deliver real-time statistics, delivery reports, and usage metrics to your tenant dashboard.
  • Provide professional customer support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Enforce security guidelines, detect spam campaigns, and verify compliance with Meta’s Business Policies.

3. Subprocessors

To deliver our services, we share data with the following third-party subprocessors:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: For hosting and routing official WhatsApp Business API messages and template review details.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers (Microsoft Azure / Amazon Web Services): For secure database storage, application hosting, and log retention.
  • Razorpay / Stripe: For secure processing of subscription payments, billing cards, and tax details.

4. Data Retention

We retain transaction details, message logs, and customer chat histories in your tenant database for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account termination, we purge or anonymize all messaging history logs within 30 days, subject to legal audit holds.

5. Data Security

All database instances are isolated per tenant. We use TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive access tokens. While we execute robust security controls, no online method is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and Indian DPDP guidelines, you have the right to access your stored data, rectify inaccurate records, request deletion of account logs, object to automated processing, or request an archive export. Contact our team to initiate these requests.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal claims or inquiries must be directed to courts in Gujarat, India.
